Founder and President Paul Schoch retired from the U.S. Army in 2009 at the rank of Sergeant Major with 23 years of service.
Throughout most of his career SGM (Ret.) Schoch served as an operator in the U.S. Army’s Tier 1 Special Mission Unit.
Through his long-lasting contacts in U.S. Special Operations and client Law Enforcement Agencies, SGM (Ret.) Schoch has access to a deep pool of expertise over a broad spectrum of skill sets which enables VCS, Inc. to provide relevant and current best practices to its clientele.
